Aenium Flowers

We were driving back to Manila when I noticed this unique flower along the Tagaytay highway. This blooming flower is called under the Aenium Flower family.

hi it is a family of aenium, they are rose looking succulents that are very drought resistant plants. I like them, they look like a rose, but they are not, and they come in different varieties and they also a lot of times come in bunches, like a bunch of roses. i have several varieties of them here in san diego since they are very easy to grow in drought places since it does not require a lot of watering. they also bloom beautifully, but usually, after they bloom, that's their end, but they leave you a lot of new bunches.

I have seen those flowers a few times before too. They are really strange they almost look like a piece of clay artwork, when in fact they are actually real leaves LOL.

Lovely photo too.
