Have fun under the sun

Do you love the sun? Well, for me is “yes”, because it is the main source of energy and it gives many essential benefits to our environment. But too much heat from the sun makes most of us sick especially nowadays. Why? We always sweat, get thirsty, and our skin damages.

Well, being well watered during warm weather is the main in keeping minds and body healthy. It may decrease the risk of dehydration. Drinking semi-skimmed milk, carbonated drinks, fruit juices will also count to stay hydrated. It’s easier to stay hydrated if you drink little and often, so drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up and keep a bottle of water handy at all times to sip from throughout the day. Always go into the shade at the hottest time of the day – between 11am and 3pm – and wear a hat to protect your face.

Then, always wear your sunglasses, apply sun block lotions to protect your skin from UV rays and now you’re ready face the sun again. Enjoy your summer outing and any outdoor gatherings.
