While I was reading the latest news on the internet, I came across to an environment news headline saying that fish can be radically end by the year of 2040. The reason behind this news is, if the global climate continues to warm at its present rate or with global warming disrupting, our planet’s weather systems supplies of freshwater are becoming increasingly unpredictable and most of the living creatures under the sea more especially the fish may be extinct by 2040. Of course for the concerned citizens we don’t want this thing to happen and we should find a better solution today how we can save our mother earth.
Did you know that fish is one of the healthiest of all foods? It’s also perfect for the slimmers, which makes it more extraordinary that in a time when obesity is on the increase and dieting is a national obsession, we still manage to eat less and less of the fruits of the sea. Anchovies, whitebait, herring, sardines, sprats, mackerel, pilchards and tuna contain vital amounts of omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for normal cell function, powerful anti-inflammatory and vital to the growth and development of the brain and central nervous system during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This oily fish are a vitally important source of Vitamin D, without which the body cannot absorb calcium. It’s these cheap and quick-to-cook foods that prevent rickets in children and osteoporosis in adults. Few people get enough iodine in their diets, essential for the thyroid gland to regulate metabolism. Sea fish is the best of all the sources.
