Rheumatism and Arthritis
Our bones, muscles, ligaments and cartilage generally work together like a well-oiled machine, but if rheumatism sets in, it can cause a whole world of pain. My mom and dad are suffering from Arthritis and Rheumatism for so many years. Their doctor always says that the first principle in treating rheumatism is always one of lifestyle. It’s so pitiful every time we saw them stiffening up and says “ouch”. So we make sure that they’re taking the food supplements with cod liver oil and glucosamine. Studies have shown that taking this regularly appears to slow down damage caused by arthritis. It may reduce the symptoms in those who already have it. We bought several ginger teas as it is beneficial in relieving arthritis and its anti-inflammatory properties make it a well-know treatment. Sometimes massage help them to relieve the pain. It aims to stimulate the circulation in and around the affected area as well as promoting the release of the body’s natural painkiller and their active lifestyle is the best thing why their rheumatism never gets worst. Lastly, I will try to buy the HUMIRA® (adalimumab) medicines by Abbott. I heard that Humira is very effective in treating all types of rheumatism.
