One of the best thing to do before work-out or going to gym is to be prepared. I remembered when my sister suddenly fell down. He blacked out at the sight of blood or lose consciousness for a few seconds at the middle of her workout. She was running on thread-mill for a couple of minutes when the incident happened. Then she realized that the last time she ate her meal was about more than 3 hours ago. Remember, we should fuel our workout. Don't eat immediately before a workout. For optimum energy, we should eat more calories about two hours before we exercise. Ideal foods rich in carbohydrates are best like yogurt, banana and wholegrain toast. Also try taking a multivitamin and mineral supplement to increase your energy.
