Bananas are a favorite food for everyone from infants to elders because they are wonderfully sweet, rich with firm and creamy flesh. Sports enthusiasts appreciate the potassium-power delivered by this high energy fruit.

Bananas are source of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), Vitamin C, Potassium, dietary fiber, manganese and many more. It also soothes your ulcers, protects eyesight, build better bones, promote kidney health. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions like depression, PMS,  anemia, blood pressure, brain power, constipation, hangovers, heartburn, morning sickness, mosquito bites, nerves, temperature control, stress, strokes and warts. Therefore, we must add banana to our daily diet.
