There are lots of videos made for the babies. Most of them were designed to stimulate infants' brains. Parent like me are generally assume that the products like DVD promises to make our babies smarter and improve their speaking, hearing, interacting and other skills. Things like ABC's, 123's, Animals, Shapes & Colors, Art, Music are all introduced through fun, gentle, and always entertaining lessons but above them all, I noticed that my daughter really loves the Tiny Love DVD MagIQ. You may check their site or have one like Tiny the Dog DVD and you'll discover the difference.
By the way, based on my experience, it is always work best when we use them interactively with our child like when you watch it with your child, talk about what you see, and repeat the names of new things, just as you do when reading a book together.
