For my ABC Wednesday - Eggs are the ultimate protein. Ninety percent is utilized by the body, compared with only sixty-seven percent from steak. They're also a wonderful source of Vitamins A, B, D, and E. Egg yolk is high in lecithin and are important brain food, contributing not only to memory and concentration, but also to good mental and emotional status.
This photo was taken on 2009 Chinese New Year. We saw the vendor selling this Quail Eggs and I took an opportunity to grab photo of the other eggs on the bamboo tray.
